Reason Beaconcore Co., Ltd. is the official registered business name behind the work you see here. We were established in 2017 in Bang Khun Thian, Bangkok, after years of watching hotel, warehouse, and plant supervisors inherit rosters that looked tidy on paper and failed during the busy hours.
A short history
In 2017 we opened as a small practice helping hospitality groups around southern Bangkok read overtime and coverage before peak seasons. By 2019 the same method was requested by distribution sites dealing with monsoon inbound delays. Today we still work project by project — assessments, coverage reviews, peak roster planning, and supervisor briefings — with a preference for Thai labor-intensive operations where shift bands and demand windows can be named clearly.
How we work
We start with the records you already keep: rosters, punch summaries, leave banks, and the calendar of known peaks. Analysts map coverage; field associates walk findings with supervisors who know which rooms, docks, or lines actually jam. Written packs stay concrete — time bands, headcount suggestions, and who owns the next adjustment.
