Refund and cancellation policy
This policy applies to paid workforce scheduling analytics engagements with Reason Beaconcore Co., Ltd. — assessments, coverage reviews, peak roster planning, and supervisor briefings.
Eligibility
Refunds depend on how far the engagement has progressed and whether we have begun analysis of your roster files or reserved on-site time.
Timeframe to request
Send refund or cancellation requests in writing to info@reason-beaconcore.click within fourteen days of the event that triggers the request (cancellation, material scope change, or delivery dispute).
Full refund
If you cancel before we have opened your roster files and before any site visit or workshop date is within seven days, we refund fees paid minus any non-refundable third-party room or travel costs already incurred with your approval.
Partial refund
If analysis has started but the written pack is not yet delivered, we may refund the unused portion after deducting work completed at our quoted day rate and any approved expenses. If only the deposit was paid, the completed portion is charged against the deposit and any remainder returned.
Non-refundable items
- Work already delivered (final assessment packs, coverage briefs, peak roster drafts, completed briefings)
- Supervisor briefing fees within seven days of the reserved date when we cannot rebook the slot
- Approved travel or printed materials purchased specifically for your site visit
Refund process and timing
Email the engagement name, invoice number, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within fourteen business days of approval.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may reschedule a supervisor briefing or on-site readout once at no charge with at least seven days’ notice. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee of 15% of the session fee. We may reschedule for illness or unsafe travel conditions and will offer the next available date.
Deposits and no-shows
Deposits secure analyst time. A no-show for a confirmed briefing without twenty-four hours’ notice forfeits the session fee. Assessment deposits remain credited if you pause the project for up to sixty days; after that we close the file and apply the partial-refund rules above.
Work already started
Once coverage mapping has begun, cancellation triggers the partial-refund calculation rather than a full return of fees.
Exceptions
If we cannot deliver the agreed written pack for reasons solely within our control, you may choose a full refund of fees paid for the undelivered work or a revised delivery date at no extra charge.
