Services

Reason Beaconcore provides professional analysis and advisory work related to workforce scheduling for labor-intensive businesses. Descriptions on this site are informational. A signed brief or quotation defines the binding scope, fees, and deliverables for each engagement.

Intellectual property

Site content, methodologies described in general form, and our branding belong to Reason Beaconcore Co., Ltd. Written assessment packs delivered to you under a paid engagement may be used inside your organization. You may not republish our materials as your own product or resell them without written consent.

Client materials

You remain responsible for the accuracy of rosters, attendance files, and other records you supply. You confirm you have the right to share them with us for the engagement.

Liability

Our recommendations support operational judgment; they do not replace management decisions, legal advice, or compliance determinations under Thai labor law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reason Beaconcore Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or from decisions made after receiving an assessment. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Website use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it aggressively, or misuse contact forms. We may suspend access that harms the service or other visitors.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from services delivered under them, unless a separate engagement letter states otherwise.
