How we work

From roster files to a floor-ready readout

A scheduling review is a time-bounded engagement: you share records, we map coverage, then supervisors leave with adjustments they can try on the next roster cycle.

The path of an engagement

  1. Intake & scope

We confirm sites, roles, shift templates, and the question you need answered — overtime, thin nights, or an upcoming peak.

  2. Records under agreement

You export rosters, punch summaries, and peak calendars. We work under a simple confidentiality note before files move.

  3. Coverage mapping

Analysts align headcount to the demand windows you define and mark overtime concentration by name and band.

  4. Supervisor readout

Field associates walk findings on site or by video so recommendations survive contact with the real floor.

  5. Written pack & clarification

You receive the assessment or brief, plus a thirty-day window for clarifying questions on the same scope.
